Store Analytics

This guide covers your store's three performance insights — Performance Insights, Top 100 Insights, and Account Health — and how to read and act on each.

For more detailed breakdowns like commission charges or promo code usage, see the Sales Transaction and Sales Disbursement Reports on the Reports page.

How the Data Works (Performance Insights & Top 100 Insights)

These two sections share the same refresh behaviour and filtering options:

  • Last updated — Data refreshes hourly; the Last updated timestamp shows the last completed hour. E.g. if it's currently 10:13am, data reflects up to 10:00am.
    Last Updated
  •  Time Periods — Compare performance across:
    • Today (as of last update) vs. Yesterday
    • Last 7 days vs. Previous 7 days (excluding Today)
    • Last 30 days vs. Previous 30 days (excluding Today)
  • Customer Type Filter — Defaults to both Traveller and Non-Traveller combined; use the checkboxes to segment by customer type.

Performance Insights

  • Total sales, order count, average order value, and refunds — a quick read on business trends and where to focus.

How to Use This Data

  • Select a time frame — "By Year" shows data from the start of 2024; the current year only includes completed months (e.g. on 2 Jul 2025, June 2025 is the latest full month shown).
    Date Period
  • Compare year-over-year — e.g. 1 Jan–30 Jun 2025 against the same period in 2024.
    YoY Comparison
  • Investigate peaks — a spike (e.g. during a campaign) is worth cross-referencing against Top 100 Insights to see which products drove it, and considering repeating the same promotion.
  • Investigate dips — a decline is worth addressing with planned campaigns or BAU promotions during that period.

Top 100 Insights

  • Your top-performing products by sales and units sold, segmented by customer type and time period. Toggle between Top Sales and Top Units Sold (defaults to Top Sales).
    Top Unit Sold
  • Export — download data for your selected date range and filters.
  • Click View More to open the full Store Analytics page (Products tab), which extends to the full Top 100 with additional filters for refunded sales and units.

How to Use This Data

  • Track new launches — monitor real-time sales to gauge success and plan restocking.
  • Track campaigns — compare before/during/after to see if targets were met.
  • Spot MoM/YoY trends — green marks growth (consider restocking); red marks decline (investigate — discounts or bundling may help).
  • Manage top and slow movers — keep momentum on top sellers; consider discounts, BAU promotions, or campaigns for slow ones.
  • Review refunds — repeated refunds may point to fulfilment delays, mismatched expectations, or unclear product descriptions.

Account Health

  • Two metrics that directly affect your store's operational standing.
    Account Health Metrics
  • Last updated — Real-time, updated with every refresh. (Different from the hourly refresh above.)
