Activating Okta

This guide walks you through activating your Okta access which you will need to log into TREX, SAP and other iShopChangi applications.

This email will expire in 7 days so please activate your Okta access promptly. If the link expired, please contact the iSC Seller Centre Team.

Email Notification

You would have received an email titled "Welcome to CAG/iShopChangi Production Okta Single Sign-On" from noreply@changiairport.com → Click on Activate Okta Account.

Set up your Password

You will redirected to the Set up security methods page (see below). Click on Set up.
Set up a strong password → Click Next

Download an Authenticator

Download an authorised authenticators (e.g. Google, Okta) on your mobile phone, then click on the Set up button.
Use the authenticator on your phone and scan the QR code on the screen.

E.g., With the Google Authenticator, click + → Scan a QR code → Scan the QR code on the screen. You will then see a new entry on the Google Authenticator with your Okta username.

Input Authenticator Code in Okta

Input the code generated on your authenticator in Okta and click Continue. You will be redirected to the Okta platform where you can access all the various applications.
