FAQs

Why can't I publish the promotion?
  • Did you fill up the required fields? Please check the Conditions and Actions section and revisit the applicable tutorial for the steps. If there is a value or selection missing, it might be the reason why.
    • Example: For GWP promotions, did you include the mp# of the GWP?
    • Example: For Qualifying Offers, did you include the mp# of the qualifying products?
  • If you have filled up the schedule for the promotion, please ensure that the Start Date/Time and End Date/Time are not in the past.
Why's my banner not appearing on storefront?
  • Did you include the banner in the Media field? If you have, please raise a ticket via the Merchant Service Desk (via Okta SSO) and request for a banner approval.
Why is my GWP not showing at the Cart?
  • Is the GWP status set to true? For the GWP to appear as true means that it has sufficient stocks and the Available End Date field in TREX is empty (meaning it is available!)
