Purchase with Purchase (PWP)
This guide walks you through setting up a Purchase With Purchase (PWP) promotion in SAP BackOffice.
Enable PWP Access
Share your intended PWP mechanics with your Account Manager - they'll request PWP access enabled for your account. Once activated, follow the steps below.
Create the PWP product in TREX
- In TREX, go to Products → Add a Product. Fill in all mandatory fields but pay attention to:
- Is Free Gift: Select Yes
- Retail Price: Enter $0

Create the Promotion
- In Okta SSO, click SAP BackOffice → Select pwpmerchantrole

Basic Information
- Code: Create a unique code e.g., July2025MiffyPremiums
No spaces or special characters. Copy this code - you'll use it to search for the promotion later.
- Name: Enter the name which will appear on iShopChangi website. e.g., Miffy Exclusive
PWP Promotion Name - Cart Page - Description: Enter the description which will appear on iShopChangi website. e.g., Spend a minimum of $X to redeem PWP A. Capped at X premiums per order.

Promotion Mechanics
- Collection: Select applicable collection point option(s) for this PWP promotion.
- Priority: Enter 1000
- Cap per Order: Enter maximum quantity entitled per order.
- Max Cap per User: Enter maximum quantity entitled per user.
- Minimum Spend: Enter minimum spend eligible for this PWP.
- Per Minimum Spend: Select False if only one PWP is permitted for the total min. spend condition.
- Schedule: Fill in the Start Date/Time and End Date/Time.
- Retail/Store-owned PWP - Select your Shop.
- Store & Brand-owned PWP - Select your Shop and Brand.
Start Time is always 12:00am.
- Accessible Merchant ID: Enter your store ID. (found under Shop Information in TREX)
- Click Finish.
PWP Offers & Prices
- Search for the promotion using its Code.

Expand the Window - PWP Offers and Prices: Click + Create PWP Offer Price
- Offer and Product: Enter the mp# of the PWP.
PWP mp# - Price: Enter the price of the PWP.
- Click Finish.
- Channel: Select eligible channel. E.g., ISC, WCMP or NA if applicable to both.
- Save

What's Next
- Once done, reach out to us via the Merchant Service Desk (via Okta SSO) for PWP setup approval. In-system approval is required before the PWP goes live.
